How to increase gym members. In this video I will show you with 5 simple steps how to increase your gym members exponentially. We will see it immediately after the initials. Hi, I am Massimiliano Marsala, creator and trainer of the FDKM Police Combat System method. In this video I will show you how to increase the subscribers in your gym. Many when they participate in an instructor course, rather an instructor update, always ask me which is the most effective method to increase the enrollments in their gym. I want to reveal to you today what my method has been in recent years. Follow the video until the end I will show you all the 5 steps that I have applied in recent years to increase gym members. Obviously it is important to make an excellent publicity, you are new to the area or neighborhood where you have opened for a few days and you still have zero members. Well don’t get discouraged. Certainly a lot of determination is important and follow all the 5 steps that I will now list. 5- Social Networks Well, social networks are a very fundamental carrier, very important for advertising, but they are not always valid, they certainly have to be done but I would not put it in the first place, why? Because in the social network, on facebook, on twitter, on Instagram, there are your contacts your friends, who maybe know you before becoming an instructor, so maybe they are not interested in your profile because you are instructors and therefore from the moment you advertise your event on facebook, it is said that your friend or acquaintance is really interested in that type of course. Everything changes, if you have created a page with your course and therefore it will be others who have searched for it, added you and liked it, so it becomes a fundamental aspect that we advertise an event to people who are interested in our course. 4- Bring a friend (one month free for you) This is a fundamental step that I have always taken. You have already enrolled, three, four, five, ten subscribers, here is a way to increase is to propose to these your subscribers who recognize, who put their faces on us, because they have already tried your course, and then by word of mouth asking other friends , they can make them come to do maybe a week of trial, a day or two of trial, a month, this will decide you then how to make the test and from the moment you enroll in our course for our friend who is already enrolled, will have a week, a month, a year, you choose how not to get paid. Here this one definitely brings many more customers to your gym. 3- Exchange customers with the gym (subscriptions) Let me explain better, many of the times we teach in structures that are not ours, but we rent in fitness clubs in our cities. With the manager of the gym you can very well create a kind of collaboration where we make our course available to other customers who already attend the gym who are participating in other courses. 2- Free event (women, children, police etc.) an event that allows us in some way to bring customers. Every now and then, once every two / three months, for example I organize a female anti-aggression event, suitable for women, and I do it for free, then through social networks, through friends, through customer exchange with the gym, I organize this event, I advertise it, and I send people, in this case women, rather than children or police officers, to take my course, to participate in my course, free of charge. An event of 4 hours, three hours or an hour, you choose how much, even a whole day, and in this way these people will know you, they will know what your method is, they will see what your service in the gym. 1- Mini course of 4 free lessons, well this is fundamental. Occasionally organize, during the year, a 4-hour course, 4 lessons, 4 days, free of charge. Here is this different from the second because we give people, our future customers the opportunity to participate four times to return four times to your gym. So they will have a way to get to know you, to understand well what your program is, to metabolize the techniques that you have shown them and therefore they will be more incentive to enroll in your course.
