A medium intensity total body workout. This circuit is suitable for all athletes, instructors and all fitness enthusiasts. Let’s go now to present what will be the exercises. In particular, there will be 5 exercises to be performed three times. Let me explain: The first exercise will be done for one minute, all 5 exercises, immediately 5 exercises will be done for 45 seconds and immediately after that, the same exercises will be done for 30 seconds. The first exercise consists of making empty punches, the second will be slap bends, the third exercise will be squats with kicks, the fourth with punches and knees and the fifth with punches.
